The Forest Hills area is one of my favorite places to shoot — the Ada covered bridge, the Thornapple River, the village charm of Ada. It's a location that gives you something real to work with, and that shows in the photos. I've been photographing seniors in and around Forest Hills for nearly two decades, and every session is built around the person, not a formula.

Pre-Session Consultation
We'll go over locations, timing, and what to expect so nothing feels rushed or last-minute on the day. Have questions before then? I'm easy to reach.
1–2 Hour Session
Enough time for multiple outfit changes across one or two locations without feeling rushed.
20 Finished Images
You select your favorites from the full session. Your 20 finished, professionally edited images are delivered to your gallery — with the option to add more.

Where do Forest Hills senior sessions take place?
The Forest Hills area has some really beautiful spots. The Ada covered bridge and the Thornapple River are favorites — great light, great texture, and a backdrop that feels timeless without being overdone. Ada Village has charming details too, and there are parks and wooded trails nearby if you want something more natural. I'll help you find the right spot during our pre-session email exchange.
When should Forest Hills seniors book their session?
Spring isn't too early — most Forest Hills families book April through June for summer and fall sessions. Those dates fill faster than you'd expect, and the best spots on the calendar go first. Reach out whenever you're ready.
What's included in a senior session?
Every session includes a pre-session consultation, a 1–2 hour session at one or two locations, and 20 professionally edited images you select from the full proof gallery. If you want more, you can always add additional images.
