Grand Haven is one of those places that gives you everything in a single session. Downtown has doorways, brick, the historic depot, and great city light. Then there's the pier and the beach just a short walk away — a completely different backdrop that feels like a natural end to the day. I've been photographing West Michigan seniors for nearly two decades, and every session is built around the person, not a formula.

We'll go over locations, timing, and what to expect so nothing feels rushed or last-minute on the day. Have questions before then? I'm easy to reach.
1–2 Hour Session
Enough time for multiple outfit changes across one or two locations without feeling rushed.
20 Finished Images
You select your favorites from the full session. Your 20 finished, professionally edited images are delivered to your gallery — with the option to add more.

Where do Grand Haven senior sessions take place?
Downtown Grand Haven is full of great backdrops — interesting doorways, brick storefronts, the historic train depot, and city streets with real character. And because we're right on the lake, it's easy to wrap up the session with a walk to the beach and pier. It's a natural ending to the day and gives you a completely different look without going far. I'll help you figure out the right spots during our pre-session email exchange.
When should Grand Haven seniors book their session?
Spring isn't too early — most Grand Haven families book April through June for summer and fall sessions. Those dates fill faster than you'd expect, and the best spots on the calendar go first. Reach out whenever you're ready.
What's included in a senior session?
Every session includes a pre-session consultation, a 1–2 hour session at one or two locations, and 20 professionally edited images you select from the full proof gallery. If you want more, you can always add additional images.
